Orders for the day are processed by 3pm Mondays to Saturdays.

- Orders placed by 3pm, Mondays to Fridays will ship same day and delivered the next day all main areas of UAE.

- Orders placed after 3pm, Mondays to Fridays will ship next day and delivered the day after shipping in all main areas of UAE.

- Orders placed after 3pm on Friday and before 3pm on Saturday will ship on Saturdays and delivered on Mondays in all main areas of UAE.

- Orders placed after 3pm on Saturday and on Sunday will ship on Mondays and delivered Tuesdays in all main areas of UAE.

For remote areas, delivery happens within 3-4 days of order.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Everything is handmade in our workshop located in Garhoud, Dubai, UAE. Everything is made in small batches to help ensure quality. All products are made with the finest ingredients sourced from authentic sellers around the world. 

Cold Process Soap is made by combining measured quantities of oils/butters with required quantity of sodium hydroxide (known as lye). Sodium hydroxide helps convert the oils/butters into soap. This is a process called Saponification (yes, Science).

Commercial soap sold in stores is often made with chemical detergents, hardeners and synthetic lathering agents. Some of these ingredients can be drying or irritating on the skin. On the other hand, handmade soap created with oils, liquid and lye does not contain these harsh ingredients and qualifies as ‘soap.’
Handmade soap also contains glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant that attracts moisture from the air to the skin. It’s produced naturally during the soapmaking process. It’s one of the things that make handmade soap so amazing! Some commercial soaps remove the glycerin from the bars and sell it to make lotions and creams. Without glycerin, commercially prepared soap isn’t nearly as skin loving, and can leave the skin feeling dry.

No. We do our best to accurately photograph our products so that colors and design details are accurate. Due to the nature of artisan products, please expect slight variations, small bubbles and tiny imperfections. We believe this lends to the hand made nature of the products. Each product really is one of a kind.

All of our products are labelled with cloth based paper.
We wrap all of our soaps bars and bath bombs in biodegradable shrink wrap.
Our whipped soaps, whipped soap + scrubs, emulsified sugar scrubs, face scrubs and face masks are currently packaged in glass bottles, shrunk with biodegradable plastics, making them easily recyclable, and we're always on the hunt for a way to make our packaging better & greener!
Our lip balms and scrubs, and makeup brush and sponge cleansers ae packaged in aluminum jars.
All of our packaging is reusable once the product is finished.

Yes, with the exception of our lip butter which contains beeswax.

Yes. We do not do animal testing. Our products are dermatologically tested on human volunteers who sign up to try items out before they hit shelves!

Because these are natural personal care products, we don't accept returns. It is our duty to ensure that the products were kept under desired conditions before you purchased them from us. By accepting returns, we can no longer ensure that the product has been stored properly & is as safe & fresh as it was when it left our workshop. That being said, we want you to be happy with your items! If you have any issues with a product you've purchased, get in touch with us & we will make things right for you!
