Directions:

To use a shower steamer, turn on your shower on high heat water and simply place one tablet at the foot of your shower in a stream of water. As the tablet gets wet it dissolves and releases essential oils and menthol into the hot shower steam. Allow the steam to build up for 2 minutes then step in and enjoy your lime and menthol infused shower. Breathe deeply to clear your breathing pathway.
